The package CARTEL 2in1 Blue contains 1 pcs. booklet with 50 leaves Cartel Blue and 48 pcs. pre-cut filter tips from the type "super slim".

The pre-cut filters are packed in cellophane in sticks, which makes the filter more protected from the outside odor and humidity. This guarantee the perfect filtration of the cigarette. The pre-cut filters are non-wrapped with overwrapping paper, and this makes them easy for rolling.

The rolling papers Cartel blue are produced only from natural components, applied with arabic gum. The weight of the paper is 14 gsm. The Blue version of Cartel is from the type "velin", which means that they are not-embossed. This type of rolling papers are slow-burning, for lighter taste of the cigarette. One booklet contains 50 leaves with size 69mm x 37 mm.
