CARTEL filter tips are high quality acetate filter  for smokers, who like to roll their own cigarettes.

One bag consists of 100 pcs. filter tips. The filters are with 8 mm diameter (REGULAR) and 22 mm long filter and are suitable for rolling cigarettes.
